Sallie Mae to add 2,000 jobs to US in 18 months (AP) Posted: 06 Apr 2009 01:02 PM PDT AP - Sallie Mae gave some hope to the unemployed Monday, announcing it will bring 2,000 jobs to the U.S. within the next 18 months as it shifts call center and other operations from overseas.
